Job Description:
(Technical support on field issues on HGW and Mesh devices, WiFi & Linux and Networking area skillset must)
· Critical QA & Field issues debugging, problem analysis, root-cause (if needed) to identify the problem areas (Network/Device/Software/Hardware etc…)
· Experience in fixing minor issues and verifying with test builds.
· Coordinate with the development team to root-cause & fix the problems.
· Issue tracking with development teams.
· Networking L2, L3 domain expertise & Wireless Technologies, Linux platform
· Strong analytical & debugging skills
· Strong experience in Linux platform and utilities, shell scripts
Desired Education: · BE / B.Tech (CSE), ME/M.Tech. (ECE/EEE/IT), MCA or any equivalent qualification.
Experience: 5 to 8 Years of experience in networking protocols testing & issue analysis
