- Demonstrable success and track record with delivery of large-scale information security or cyber security projects / programmes
- Able to operate in a broader portfolio structure, delivering a range of projects involving multiple delivery groups and vendors
- Operates effectively in a complex, global matrix structure – with ability to manage ambiguity
- Must be self-sufficient and able to operate at all levels – including comfortable taking on tasks of all levels (we are a small flexible team)
- Has a good grasp and knowledge of the technical concepts underpinning cyber security projects, but can articulate outcomes and progress in an appropriate way to stakeholders
- Has successfully delivered infrastructure security transformation and / or identity management programmes (Cloud, data centre, IDAM)
- Experience of the effective management of vendors as part of a broader change delivery eco-system
- High level of competence in the core project management disciplines – plan creation and management (but this should be a basic / hygiene requirement)
