We did gap analysis with the global finance and accounting teams.

- Fixed Assets management (register com pilation and reconciliation)
- Resolved Three way mapping between accounts, stores and physical stock.
The Offshoot
Client was compliant across its global offices and our suggested business processes improvements helped it double its growth. As a result they now have two Voyager Partners on the retainer for the next couple of years.
