Most of us are qualified to undertake our role or have extensive training and experience in the area we are working in.

VOYAGER PARTNERS payroll and accounts staff tend to be graduate degree qualified including Chartered Accountants and Management Accountants with knowledge of most UK & US accounting regulatory laws and back office software. Numeracy and analytical skills are often tested as part of the selection process and may include the following abilities:

  • Using spreadsheets
  • Statistical analysis
  • Calculating invoices
  • Using appropriate software packages to collect, analyse and present data


Recruitment consultants would have to demonstrate quantifiable evidence of their literacy skills and experience. Including on-job work experience, all applicants will have to display reading and English comprehension abilities in addition to communicating effectively with clients.
